You don't.  Please read the part of the answer that you deleted when you
replied:

"A:An authorization code is required when transfering .biz, .info, .us,
.cn, .name and .org domains from one registrar to another. The transfer
authorization code is created at the time of registration and can be
obtained from the current registrar for your domain."

The registrant of the domain is the only one authorized to get the auth
code from the current registrar, therefore the registrant will have to ask
register.com for it.
