Yes. The mailing lists are public. It has been hinted at in the past that several of Tucows competitors are subscribed to this list, plus the last time I checked, the archives were publically available. Therefore if is okay to post information from the private reseller area on the mailing list, why go to all the bother of locking it away behind a password?
