The point that jacqui was making was that competitors likely have their own OpenSRS accounts, and thus are able to gain access to tools like the RRC, amoung others. Its called competitive intelligence and pretty much every registrar does it.

I hope this sets your mind at ease.

That statement really scares me. I haven't yet accessed the RRC, but
isn't the username/password our reseller username/password? You know, the
username/password that gives full access to our reseller accounts--along
with the ability to spend our money?


Please don't tell me that "competitors" or anyone else will be able to
guess our username/passwords via the RRC.
