I made my first Email Service Order through the RWI and is shown as
"Active",
And made the appropriate changes to the DNS but till now I get the
following error when I try to send a message to the account :
I was unable to deliver your message to <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> 571 <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> prohibited. We do not relay
And when try to administrate the account I do get the following message:
Failed to query the email account <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>: 200::Request completed successfully.
And then when click on the <myname> account it gives me :
Could not query the account in the email server
Am I missing thing or something is going wrong?
I droped a message to the reseller support two days ago but unfortuantly
till now got no reply except the autoreply one.
