The customization page says that ICANN doesn't allow a customizable body
text, but what about inserting a "footer" between the "body" and the whois
info? It doesn't make much sense to add information at the bottom after a
looooong whois output. I can already imagine our customers mailing and
calling us asking if this is another domain scam. Can we please have a
chance to talk to our customers much earlier in that mail? Also, we mainly
have German customers, so the whole body is useless for many or could even
be misunderstood.
