Hello discuss-list, In Exhibit B of NSIRLA-110499 stated:
Registrar Requirements [...] SLD holder will be prohibited from changing its Registrar during the first 60 days after initial registration of the domain name with the Registrar. [...] Is "initial registration of the domain name with the Registrar" mean that transfer within 60 days after transfer also prohibited ? I.e. customer at fifth day after successful transfer from "first" to "second" registrar want to transfer domains to "third" registrar. Sincerely, Sergei Kolodka
