Hi Roger, The enhancement that was recently made eliminated the various transfer links in the RWI that were TLD specific and consolidated them into one link. This will reduce clutter in the RWI in the long-term.
The form that you see will be the same form as before for the specific TLD (with the exception of EPP domains) and the data is not pre-filled as before nor was that the intent of the enhancement. With EPP domains, we no longer prompt for contact information as it cannot be altered during the transfer.
