With EPP domains, we no longer prompt for contact information as it cannot
be altered during the transfer.
Right -- so I was surprised to get a blank form for a .org domain.
And, even more surprisingly, when the domain was locked at GoDaddy, entering its name on the RWI main page and clicking the button got me a full transfer form, but once it was unlocked, I got the abbreviated form.
