Tucows script site has a script that will diagnose the zone file. (I haven't seen a valid zone fail authentication.) I'll email yout the URL off list. If you email the domain, I'll eyeball it tomorrow (Sunday) to see if anything jumps out.
Thanks Michael,
I ran the domain through the email checking script. It verifies okay, no errors. Yet still the email service is not activated for the domain.
The way this needs to work is the domain and accounts need to be active before we modify DNS. This is the ONLY way to avoid potential bounces and other bad things.
This is really unacceptable Tucowboys. As my customers say to me: "Please fix."
Thanks, Todd
