Hello,

We provisioned an E-Mail Defense Service user yesterday. This morning we
created a number of aliases for this user from within the MX Logic Console.
However, only e-mail directed to the provisioned address is being filtered.
All mail to the aliases is being passed with the "X-MX-Spam: exempt" header
appended.

Is there a lag time between the time a user is aliased and the filtering
begins, is this just a kink that needs to be worked out, or is this an issue
related to the degraded performance alert on other Tucows mail services
today?

Thanks,

- Juan Aguilar
