The renewal management section used to list names in the order they
were about to expire.
Now it lists them in alphabetical order, and when you click the expiry
date header, it changes to list-by-date, but lists the ones expiring
LAST first, and you have to click it AGAIN to get it to list them in
"tell me the ones about to expire" mode.
Who is responsible for this, and did they ever study user interface
design in school?
