If you go to www.internic.net and do a WHOIS check for the NAMESERVER (not the domain), it's in the com/net database: http://reports.internic.net/cgi/whois?whois_nic=westnet.com&type=nameserver Server Name: WESTNET.COM IP Address: 206.24.6.2 Registrar: TUCOWS INC. Whois Server: whois.opensrs.net Referral URL: http://domainhelp.tucows.com Was the person trying to use a non com/net domain? If so, you might want to make sure that the nameserver is made visible to other TLDs, via the "Add Nameservers to all Foreign Registries" menu in the RWI.
