Subject: Need advice re: dealing with tmagnic.net
Client is named registrant, but email address is that of past webdesigner, who did not give the client the login at tamgnic.net. Client needs to access the domain to change nameservers and/or transfer to us. Designer's email address is defunct; we found another way to reach him and are awaiting a response. Tmagnic.net has also not responded to our query sent (in English) to <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> asking about any kind of manual procedure to get the admin email changed with her proving she is the named registrant.
What can we do in this case?
