Sorry, I guess my message was not clear. It's not with OpenSRS, I am
fully aware that we have a manual procedure with them for such admin
email changes.

Can anyone enlighten me about dealing with this issue at an OUTSIDE
registrar, particularly, tmagnic.net. They are not responding to any
simple inquiries (sent in English) about how to get a defunct email
address changed. If anyone has specific information about how THEY
(tmagnic.net) deals with an admin email change when the current
email address if defunct. OR what kind of rules they are bound to
for this with regards to being a  .com registrar - either for this
type of change or even just for responding to an inquiry in a timely
manner, minimum documentation that must be provided on their
website, etc... the only docs are see are UDRP, etc...
