Are you serious? If the source of the calculations hasn't been modified in some time, then what you do is restore it from the backups. Same as if it was modified recently. The older files weren't backed up recently because they hadn't changed. They didn't get erased from the backups, so they're still available for restoration, just like the recently changed files.
