Here's what you need to get outgoing working through VZ FIOS: Set up stunnel: > cat /etc/stunnel/smtp.verizon.net.conf > [ req ] > client = yes > accept = 2525 > connect = smtp.verizon.net:465
Then set up your mail server to use (in my example) localhost:2525 as an outgoing 'smart host'. Using sendmail, add this to your sendmail.mc: > define(`SMART_HOST', `[localhost]')dnl > define(`RELAY_MAILER_ARGS', `TCP $h 2525')dnl > define(`ESMTP_MAILER_ARGS', `TCP $h 2525')dnl The only thing you need to do then is to make sure smtp.verizon.net is in your SPF record for your domain. If this email gets to you, that is exactly how it got to you.
