hi,
i'm running pacemaker 1.1.12 and corosync 2.3.3 from scratch (sles 11.3)
trying to get SBD v1.2 running, without success.
is this supported configuration? anyone running this configuration?
I'm don't even know what exactly you mean by SBD, but message you've posted:

configure:4003: error: Package requirements (libcoroipcc) were not met
indicates, that main problem is because corosync 2 doesn't provide
libcoroipcc library any longer (corosync 2.x ipc is based on libqb). So
you probably need latest corosync from flatiron series (1.4.7).
