Italo and Ryan: Thank you! I think this work is so important that we should form a small subgroup to focus intensely on it over the long term. I'd also like to thoroughly document the press contacts we cultivate as well as the PR methodology used--so that I and others can understand how this is done. Italo's presentations should form the nucleus of this, but we'll customize it for the North American market as needed.
Once the new wiki is set up, let's document ourselves there.
