I don't know that we any locale group should diverge from the core Document Foundation infrastructure. As much as possible we should keep the information concentrated and easy to get to. Especially for English speaking countries for which most if not all the material will be readily available anyway. I suppose for the few specific things we can maintain pages in the MediaWiki instance (including collateral and other materials).
