Ummm... those aren't just 'menu' icons - those are mainly the DOCUMENT icons - the ones you see when you are browsing your filesystem looking for that spreadsheet, and now all you see are a bunch of grey icons that look virtually identical. It also includes the icons for the - whatever you call it, the 'Start' page that I have never used...
