Sorry to tell you but attachments do not make the transition to the
mailing list. Best practice is to find a free web host to upload to and
place the link in the message. www.dropbox.com is one of many such
providers.
Uploading a copy of the file would be even better then the screen shots.
A screen shot can not show the formating and settings that can be seen
in the document.
