Some member of the Community Council are Oracle employees, and they are
the ones who are doing this, not Oracle directly. It's a bit messy when
some CC members are employees and others are not.

I've been intending to check how many CC members are Oracle employees
and how many are not. Do they really have the votes to force these
changes?
