I do understand that, and I'm sorry that my original note came out sounding like "you're in the wrong place, you should have known better" instead of "you can probably get more help in this other place we should have told you about in the beginning." Unfortunately, I'm not authorised to make changes to the website, or I'd do some of the necessary things myself. I find the situation quite frustrating too, even if I have managed to find my way around... I think.
