Only if you are subscribed to the mailing list as well. Gmane says posting is allowed but they
only go through if you are also subscribed to the mailing list.

which means you should not have to subscribe to the mailing list as well as subscribing through
Gmane.
Any post sent to the list, like mine are, through Gmane will have a header
"X-Injected-Via-Gmane: http://gmane.org/";.
