Mmh, I think you've been at the talk by Mechtilde and Charles, or? We talked about how to ease bug reporting ... the chances get even better, if we avoid most of the manual effort and and automate as much as possible. If anybody wants to drive such an effort, I'm happy to join and provide UX support (although I cannot offer that much time at the moment, grrr). The funny thing is, that the UX team talked about such things (easing problem and issue reports for both support and QA) at the OOoCon 2008 and we came to a solution which had been later realized by Microsoft. Well, I don't think that anybody "talked", but Microsoft seems to take this very seriously... @ Charles, do you still have the few notes we took during/after the talk?
