The usage depends upon the particular project, but I mainly use Writer: IF the project needs simple diagrams, then I use Draw, IF the project needs some simple math, then I use Math (if it needs complex math, I use LyX... sorry, but we physicists cannot live without LaTeX / XeTeX). I use Calc only as "register": my needs are too basic for a database. Impress only to answer questions on the Forums and see pps sent by "friends". Don't use Base. Quickstarter? What's that?... ;)
