While I absolutely agree that the executable names should be changed, file associations needs a bit more than that, I was very glad to see that LibO brought back the ability to choose file associations for Word, Excel and Powerpoint file types at install time, but more is needed - the associations for the newer XML formats need to be treated separately, so, instead of just 3 associations, there would be 6.
