Yes, please... or at least the code could be available http://code.google.com/p/dicollecte/downloads/list Why isn't there? It's a deception and annoying, plus when the developpers and administrator declare are getting tired I am lingüist, and I spent a lot of time looking for this tool or, better, for include my language in a community project, as dicollect, for that goal. It's a key issue for users and minority languages because there is not even commercial products.
