Currently the "get more extensions online..." link (accessed from Tools -> Extension Manager) takes users to this page: http://libreplanet.org/wiki/Group:OpenOfficeExtensions/List. There are a few disadvantages to that list:
1. It takes users to the main OO.org plugins site anyway, which suggests proprietary extensions 2. There is no easy link to get the source code 3. A list of all the free software extensions for LibreOffice could be completed more quickly and with less effort if it were user-editable That page is apparently a temporary placeholder. The future extension framework should address the concerns I mentioned. It could be similar to the list Trisquel project has made for free software only Firefox add-ons.
