Hi, Great work. Little bit out of topic, but I think its important that we think ask.libreoffice.org into it. I think automatic search (questions) and easy linking (answers).
I would also suggest a visible category called "bugs and errors" where moderators can move/copy treads to. When users submit questions it /might/ actually be a but. By moving or copying the thread to a separate category, we can all help qualify the bug through the forum.
