I looked at that file. It's an incorrectly named zip file. It is
named GenealOOogie1.1.zip.tgz.tar, but should be named just
GenealOOgie.fr.zip since it's not a tarball.
I downloaded it and unzipped it, and it appears to be some sort
of library for OpenOffice, but it's all in French. And I don't speak
French. :-(
It would be nice if someone could download, unzip, and translate
it, then zip it up and put it in the GeneWeb file archive as
GenealOOgy.en.zip. Then I'd be able to play with it and see what it is
and if it's going to be usefull or not. As it is, I don't even know what
it's supposed to do, but I'd like to find out.
