It reminds me of how infuriated I was eight years about when the magainze _2600_ was found liable for *linking* to the DVD decoding software package called DeCSS. From what I recall, Salon linked to it and wasn't sued. It would be an interesting world if the laws on the books were enforced fairly and equally, no matter the background-color your website uses.
