It might be worth stating that DRM of any kind makes Fair Use rights
(potentially) unusable.

For added points they could use only Freedom Defined licenses. This

showing ads next to NC derivatives or people uploading derivatives of
ND works.

Encouraging downloads encourages remixing which encourages uploads
which encourages site usage. It's the virtuous circle of Web 2.0,
creating a value spiral that can be monetized each time around with
e.g. advertising or paid services.

It may be worth making it explicit that these are user-generated
