A PR person might be fine. Get a recruiter to start looking for one today.
But my suggestion is: Call up a couple of temp agencies *right now* and sign a secretary by tomorrow at lunch. Maybe it will be a wild one-week gig for them; fine. But you never know how long you'll be in the spotlight: take advantage of it.
