Chris, I don't have a good response to the question you actually asked (sorry), and instead have a request. Lest the request sound ungrateful, let me preface it by saying that this is an amazing resource you've put together and I hope it can be maintained -- huge kudos to you. But, I was initially misled by the tag line at the top: "FOSsil Bank -- A Catalogue of Open Source Works" Works under -NC or -ND conditions aren't open source, by definition. Might it make sense to replace "Open Source" with "Shareable" or with some other word that better represents the range FOSsil Bank encompasses? You're already careful to make the freedom/unfreedom distinction in various places on the site and among the licenses. By the way, do you have some special input UI for adding new works? I'm curious about the mechanics of entering and maintaining such a huge list.
