I mailed the dude who has freeculture. Should not be too much of a
problem to get that.

freeculture can be an organization, with multiple people managing it.
Maybe there needs to be one initial email for the account but we will
not need that as soon as we have people in the organization.

Regarding Gitorious & Github:

Being a Gitorious enthusiast in the past, my mind has changed.
Gitorious is a centralized service as well – I can’t use my account
anywhere else nor do I know that they actually run the code they
purportedly do because I don’t control the server. Also, everyone is
saying »github could block you out or shut down any minute« (for a
similar reason why Linus developed git in the first place) – but so
can Gitorious. In fact, they have more downtime and more annoyances
than Github.

Post regarding that to the Unhosted mailing list (we were on Github
from the start):
https://groups.google.com/forum/#!msg/unhosted/XF_b_mP-edw/ddLHK4oq-RAJ
And discussion starter for ownCloud (we used to be on KDE internal, I
initiated the move to Gitorious, now I’m in favor of Github):

Asheesh: Github wikis use git as backend. (because you say in the mail
»limit the use of Github-only features«)
