I like this alot.  I think we need to combine this with "Steal This Idea"
to make a collection of ideas for things that need to exist; one important
reason would be "no free version available".

You want the critical mass of contributors that comes from including
 a) non-software ideas that may have a sw component,
 b) ideas that need to be made, regardless of implementation
 c) people interested in discussing such things openly, regardless of
freeligion
