デフォルトで入っている拡張機能は、拡張機能マネージャーからは削除できませ んが、Ubuntuですとパッケージマネージャーから拡張機能のパッケージを削除す ることで可能です。
Windowsの場合は、プログラムの追加と削除->変更でインストールする拡張機能 を再選択できます。
