3.5のベータ版にアクセスできないみたいです。
ダウンロードページで指定されているURLがベータ１、配信サーバのディレクトリが既にベータ２に移行していることが原因の様です。

のダウンロードリストの部分は、英語サイトと連動しています。そのためこちら
での変更はできなかったと思います。
たぶん、ミラーにBeta2が行き渡ったことが確認されてから、変更されるのでは
ないかと思います。
