松澤です。 意訳するのであれば、Excelなどと同じ (あるいは近い) 表現にするのが良いと思います (LibOのポリシーにそぐわなければすみません)。 原文を尊重するのであれば、「範囲が列ラベルを含んでいる(~C)」が比較的自然に感じました。 あえてコメントをつけると、「範囲」というのが抽象的なので、「選択範囲」などの方が理解しやすく感じます。
