I have a couple of suggestions:

It would be helpful to separate the method parameters with commas. It's 
hard to tell what's what when reading lines like this:

jQuery fadeTo( Object speed Number opacity Function callback )

On a similar note, that particular line word-wraps with the parentheses on 
my FF/Linux. Perhaps you could make the column a little bit wider or not 
space things out so much horizontally.

It's kind of hard to click on the letter "I" since it's so narrow.

Some of the example code is wider than the box it's in, so you have to 
scroll a tiny strip of text horizontally to read the rest. Some 
combination of word-wrapping, font adjustments, or again making the page a 
bit wider would probably help.

Thanks for taking the time to write decent docs! jQuery is truly a gem.
