It 'seems' to help and now, on a page with 15 rows and 20 columns, about 4-5
disappear. Too many, but I can't complain!
I fixed the select mouseover problem, which was really p*****g me off with
the following code:
$("select",element).mouseover(function(e){
window.focus();
e.stopPropagation();
})
This now allows for moving down the select list with the mouse - something
which previously proved impossible.
I think that the original query of this thread has now been answered, so any
further problems (I might have, I'm going to stick them in another thread.
