Hi Erin, Thanks for the background information, this was really helpful. At this point I am excited about learning more. I recently graduated with a certificate in GIS from Penn State. However, the focus was on ESRI products. So, I want to be able to offer some support on open source tools. Also, I am still waiting to complete my software carpentry training. So, the DC training is different than the SC training?
