There is also https://sandbox.zenodo.org/ if you want to practice the integration first without _actually_ registering a live DOI right away. Re “ever-changing”: Do you mean the text file itself or the fact that you often update the notebook to a new, publishable version? The latter is taken care of (as Jon wrote as well) by the “release” option in GH. The former might be a case to try out https://www.reviewnb.com/. It makes nicer diffs of jpyn files.
