Greetings Carpenters! I am on the editorial board of a publishing effort that is a partnership between The Biophysical Society and the Institute of Physics. We are building a series of e-books for the biophysics community and I suggested that we consider an e-book covering Data Management and Data Curation for biophysics research. The e-books are offered by subscription by the IOP to libraries (unfortunately), but can include animations and interactive elements and the first chapter is free to download (so put all the best stuff there!). The types of data that biophysicists generate range from digital images to structures (NMR, crystallography, EM) to time-series. With that preamble, if there are any DataCarpentry community members interested in editing or writing such a volume please get in touch at your earliest convenience.
