Something to think about: there are plans to do a "Carpentry Con 2021" in South Africa, and if you'd be interested in helping organize that conference, I think that would be very valuable! You'd be welcome to "observe" some of our planning for Carpentry Con 2020 and then take that forward. I can connect you with Sher! if you're potentially interested in this.
