All, I am in the early stages of organizing a 2-3 day workshop on data science for bioinformatics/genomics/deep-learning at KAUST in Thuwal, Saudi Arabia. Exact dates for the event are TBD but most likely not earlier than spring 2020.
I am looking for someone with domain expertise in bioinformatics/genomics (and ideally experience applying deep learning to problems in the field) to teach the workshop with me as a co-instructor. Any interested parties?
