I will be at SC19, and I'd definitely be interested in this --
I attended a similar get-together at the most recent SciPy meeting,
which was interesting, although I didn't do a very good job of
following up on the contacts I made.
Are you aware of HPC Carpentry? There's a lesson that's being
reviewed soon with the idea of integrating it into the Carpentries,
and it seems highly relevant to SC19. I can provide additional
details and references if you're not already on that.
