Thanks -- I feel stupid now. :-/

I guess we have to keep this file around for a bit... shouldn't be a
problem, just annoying.  As Peter said, if our organization made more
sense, we probably wouldn't need it.  (Part of the problem, I think, is
that SYSV has a very different set of section numbers than BSD/Linux.)
