The problem here is SURBL FP'd our a link redirected from our clicktracker to some customer's site. gmail consumed SURBL and marked it as a phish. The original message was totally benign -- and a test message sent only to a customer's list. I reached out to SURBL and had the listing removed. This had nothing to do with a configuration change from Listbox. And to reiterate -- it was changes from YAHOO that caused many smaller ESPs an incredible amount of grief, and to alter configuration in tedious ways.
